SETsquared Bristol promotes Caroline Thompson to centre manager

Caroline Thompson, the new centre manager for SETsquared Bristol

SETsquared Bristol, one of six local divisions of the incubator and enterprise partnership SETsquared, today announced Caroline Thompson as its new centre manager.

Thompson was a programme manager at SETsquared since November 2024, having joined the central office after serving as a regional director for enterprise at financial services firm NatWest since April 2023.

In her new role leading SETsquared Bristol, Thompson will be responsible for aspects of business support, member activities, and ecosystem engagement.

SETsquared Bristol concurrently announced it was bringing on board two new entrepreneurs-in-residence: Becky Sage and Kam Pooni.

Both are accomplished founders and innovators: Sage’s company Interactive Scientific was formerly a member of the accelerator, while Pooni has held senior commercial roles at Eli Lilly, Astellas Pharma, and Thomson Reuters, and helped launch multiple spinouts.
