The knowledge transfer offices of universities in the Netherlands have joined forces to establish a national association, KEEN (Knowledge Exchange & Entrepreneurship Network Netherlands), and launch a new national standard for IP agreements.

A limited version of the National IP Deal Term Principles was first drafted in 2023. The new version incorporates insights from dozens of case studies, national and international best practices, and extensive feedback from entrepreneurs and investors.
