Australian university-backed incubator Cicada Innovations has appointed Liza Noonan as its new chief executive officer, effective 3 November 2025.
Noonan succeeds Sally-Ann Williams, who departed the organisation in July after six years at the helm. Ingrid Marsh had served as acting CEO during the search for a permanent replacement.
