The University of the Philippines Los Baños is setting up an Office of the Vice Chancellor for Innovation and Enterprise Management (OVCIEM) to provide a unified infrastructure for its commercialisation activities.
Haerold Dean Z. Layaoen will lead the new office as vice chancellor. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering.
