LIST picks Jennifer Dos Santos to oversee IP and licensing

Jennifer Dos Santos

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) has promoted Jennifer Dos Santos to head of the IP & Licensing Office.

Dos Santos was previously a technology transfer officer at LIST, a role she assumed in January 2015.

Before this, she had spent nearly seven years at public research centre CRP Henri Tudor, first as a researcher in marketing from March 2008 to June 2013, and then as a technology transfer officer from July 2013 to December 2014.

LIST is a public research centre focused on the natural and engineering sciences, including space, AI, and defence. It operates more than 200 labs and is co-located on an innovation campus that also includes the University of Luxembourg.

The IP & Licensing team sits within the Partnerships & Venture Office, the institute’s tech transfer arm.

The TTO’s spinout unit, LIST Ventures, has thus far formed 12 companies and generated one exit. LIST Ventures has been led by Alex Godlewski since January 2025.
