PSV, the venture firm founded at TU Denmark (DTU), has hired Ove Feddersen as chief investment officer.
Feddersen brings some 25 years of experience – spent in management consulting, banking, financial regulation, and entrepreneurship across Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, and Denmark – to the role.
His work will focus on PSV Foundry, the evergreen startup funding and investment knowledge hub of DTU. PSV Foundry has backed more than 450 startups since it was set up in 2000, making it one of the longest continually operating university venture funds in Europe.
Feddersen has been brought in to develop new funding structures and mobilise additional private and institutional capital.
He will separately continue to focus on resilience and dual-use technologies, which he has been doing through his own consultancy Nordic Resilience Solutions since February.
PSV also operates the preseed funds Tech01 and Tech02, as well as the deeptech fund PSV Hafnium, which closed with €60 million at the end of last year.
